How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Bank transfer is also available for eligible orders. Payment instructions will be provided at checkout.
We also offer the possibility to pay in instalments via Klarna. Terms and Conditions apply.
How can I use promo code?
If you have a promotional code, you can enter it in the field indicated at the checkout. Please note that promotional codes are not cumulative.

When is my order shipping?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3pm may be processed the following business day. Processing times
may also be extended during high-demand periods.
Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed once payment has been received and confirmed. Please note that this may extend the processing time.
For US domestic shipments, we use UPS 2nd Day Air. For international shipments, delivery times vary by destination, please refer to the table below.
Your parcels are insured throughout the transport for the amount of your purchase in case of damage, loss or theft. Each shipment is delivered by hand and requires the signature of the recipient at the reception.
How much are the shipping costs?
For EU shipments, the Standard delivery costs 35€.
For outside EU shipments, Express delivery is 49€.
All customs fees are covered by BrandCo Paris for orders shipped to the destinations listed above. For shipments to other destinations, additional customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped by our logistics department, we will provide you with your tracking number so that you can
follow your shipment directly on the UPS website.
Products, Returns & Warranty
Are my products guaranteed?
We guarantee the authenticity of all our products listed and sold on BrandCo Paris.
I want to return my product
BrandCo Paris accepts returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item remains in its original condition, including all original accessories, and is returned using the same standard packaging as upon delivery. After this 14-day period, no returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
If you notice, after receiving your product, any damages or signs of wear likely to impact the usage of your product, you must notify us within the 14-day delay.
If your item was purchased through one of our selling partners, the return will need to be processed through them; in this case, our selling partner’s return policy applies.
Please refer to our Terms and Conditions section, Article 15.
BrandCo Paris reserves the right to refuse a return after inspection of the product if the return conditions and requirements described above are not met.
What accessories are included with my product?
Your product will be delivered with a dustbag and an authenticity certificate established by us.
The original accessories will be mentioned within the product description.
